NETCDC presents....
"Technology for the Dyslexic Student"
presented by Lois Pohl and Mary Alexander
Thursday April 17, 2008 7:00 pm- 8:30 pm
This is your chance to learn about software applications, various technical equipment and services available in the marketplace to assist your dyslexic child.
Lois will share the research and knowledge she’s acquired on commercially available products. She’ll help you navigate the maze of “quick fix cures” and too-good-to-be-true claims so that you can make the best choices for your own situation. (Please note that no specific endorsements will be made nor will products be available for sale.)
Mary will tell us about services offered by RFB&D (Reading for the Blind & Dyslexic). Together, this is a powerful presentation jam-packed with ideas and information.
Our Community Breakout Session will follow the speaker. The Community Breakout Session will provide you with a chance to meet others from your own community and have the opportunity to share ideas and issues specific to your district.
